The experts say that businesses operating with
poor service standards, end up loosing their
customers, who take their money elsewhere. It is
known that every person that has experienced a
satisfactory service will tell three other people about
their positive experience and those people will go out and tell two people that may tell one person. This person will try your business. However, for every poor experience that same person will tell seven other people about their experience and then each one of those people will tell three people, all of these people will discontinue or not try your product or service, therefore, resulting in a negative impact on your business which then affects your bottom-line.
